Come be a part of the process.

Right now, Artistic Director Luda Lopatina Solomon is in the middle of choosing the final play of our 2018-19 Season, and we're offering the chance to see a bit of the selection process.

Next Wednesday, we'll host a free reading of the hilarious and thought-provoking play "The Down Way," by contemporary Russian Playwright Oleg Bogaev. And we're excited to have you join us, hear the play, and offer your insight.

The Down Way
By Oleg Bogaev

Featuring Abby Blankenship, Kathy Burke, Karly Hanna, Hilary Holbrook, Rick Jensen, Sean Murphy, Harrison Schneider, Jared Sheldon, David Smith, and Abigail Walburn

Wednesday, March 28, 2018
Studio Three at 7:30pm
Athenaeum Theatre
2936 N. Southport Ave., Chicago

Come to Studio Three of the Athenaeum and be one of the first of our friends to hear the tale of what happens late night on a deserted highway, when a stranger gets hit by a car, and passers-by can't (or won't) lend a hand to save the injured soul.

Interested? Just email Jaimelyn Gray at jgray@bluebirdarts.org and we'll put you on the invited list.
